Every employee that we ran into was genuinely friendly and helpful. The customer service was stellar across the board, particularly the manager on site. We all tried the vodka cherry sour and really enjoyed them. Each adult was afforded two complimentary alcoholic drinks. The menu changed each night, but it always included a family favorite - fresh baked potatoes. We enjoyed the kickback happy hour both nights. The carpeting is definitely a bit worn out, but overall the suite was nice because it gave our family an opportunity to spread out. This hotel is a little dated and the rooms are dimly lit. The room smelled a little musty upon entry but was clean. This meant that we had a small room with a couch and a table that was separated from our beds. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a small suite. It is just a few blocks away from the arena and my daughter and I felt safe walking the short distance without my husband. We selected this hotel because of it's proximity to Nationwide Arena.
